The bad: The Nationals 15-0 loss to the Reds last night.

The good: The Shark got his first AB of the 2013 season!

As is tradition for his first plate appearance, after the game, the Shark swam to the nearest ocean (Ohio River to Mississippi River to Gulf of Mexico to Atlantic Ocean) with the game used base, stood on a dock and honored his Shark brethren.  Congratulations Shark for your cool 1.000 on-base percentage.

The Shark pays tribute to his family

With a new-found sense of strength and inner peace, the Shark returned to Cincinnati with a fire in his eyes.  THE REDS ARE SHARK CHUM!
